none, senoritis has got the best of me.

Virtually none at all – I had a study hall wherein I did any work that ad been assigned to me and that I didn’t manage to finish in class.

The only homework that I did outside of school hours involved a few dozen books that I had to read for Lit and a 60 page essay that I had to write for Senior Synthesis (I managed to do half of it in class, though).

Does this include studying? Because I group studying/hw under one category: preparation for classes. I spend about 4 hours per night prepping for my classes mon-thurs, and about 6 hours on sunday.

I tend not to do my homework, but I’d say I’m assigned about 2-4 hours of homework each night. But I got a lot better at doing it towards the end of this year.

Next year, I want a 100% completion. (This year I only missed like 2-3 in each class… BAH!)

But be aware, homework CAN count for a lot. In my Latin 2 class, I missed one homework assignment and it dropped my average 30%. I ended that quarter with a D+. o.O

I think that I will have about …5-6 hours. No study hall. ■■■.

Varies greatly from week to week as all my teachers seem to pile on term papers at the same time.

Probably 10-12 hours a night on the tough weeks. Maybe 2-4 on the easy weeks.

Perhaps 4-7 on average.

How do you do 10-12 hours?

I don’t even get home from school until 6 or later. If I did 10-12 hours, I wouldn’t be in bed until at least 4 in morning!

At my old school, it was a rare occasion that I’d actually bring homework home. If I didn’t get it finished at school and it had to come home with me, it was typically less than thirty minutes. I basically stopped after thirty minutes anyway. So, I’d say about 30 minutes once per week.

Now that I’m an upperclassman in a better school with more AP courses, it’s a little tougher, but not really. I go to school online, and I’d say that with three AP courses and Calculus, I spent about 20 hours per week in school. Next year, I’m anticipating about 30 hours per week for four AP courses, an intense language course, and two college courses in two separate semesters. It may get up to as much as forty. But honestly, most of you guys are spending 30-35 hours a week in school + homework, so I am NOT complaining. 40 hours per week of school + 10 hours of volunteering + 25 hours of work is a lot, though.

I used to spend hours on homework but my math teacher second semester never checks it so I kind of just stopped. I’m so sick of school that I kind of just stop caring.

I hardly had that much homework this year. Maybe 1-2 hours a night.

I still waited until 10 or 11 to start it anyway.

My school gives a lot. Probably around 4 hours a night. I manage to turn that into 1-2 hours a night though.

Never do homework at home… Straight A’s

^ Congrats, dude.

I didnt do a homework after i found out i got a full ride and it didnt affect me (teachers didnt check).

For example, in english class, I didnt read the novel or the short stories and slept through the movie that we had to compare to the novel on the final exam. I got an A on the exam and B in the class. I had no need to do homework.
