<p>Hi I applied as a transfer student to Cal. I have a 4.0 GPA and strong personal statement.</p>
<p>I want to know the maximum amount of scholarship that you can get from Berkeley only. (not private scholarships outside of Cal)
I have heard of Regent and Leadership Award scholarship. </p>
<p>how much can you get? I heard its not that much cuz of the budget cut.. :(</p>
