How much is to much for clubs?

I want to get involved in junior year of high school, I was looking into join clubs. I recently read that joining to much clubs is spreading yourself to thin for ivy league schools. I have a list of clubs I looking at, I need your advice of what clubs to take out or keep.

-Lacrosse Club (I love the sport but it's not available at my school so I co-founded the club and will become president of it next year.)

-Poker Club (I started it to show students that math can be fun when you apply it. In this case, used for probability and statistics.)

-FBLA, BPA, DECA (At my high school we don't have those clubs, so I was wondering if I should start one of them or all of them and become president of each one.)

-National business honor society (Start it at my school and become president)

-Beta Club (Become a member)

-Mu Alpha Theta (Become a member)

-World Quest (Become a member)

-Model UN (Become a member)

-Key Club (hold a position)

Also should I join the debate team?

So, which ones should I keep or discard??

I personally would not join more then one club junior year. Junior year is brutal with APs/SATs/ACTs and it can be a major time commitment to be an active member. Join and stay in what you truly enjoy and also feel you can handle/enjoy and still keep your grades up. We can’t really suggest specific clubs because the quality of clubs greatly varies from school to school.

It will be obvious to the Admissions people that you started/joined these clubs to pad your application. Find one or two you are passionate about and stick with those.
