How much sleep do you get?

I get to sleep at 1:00ish on normal nights... so, I get five and a half hours of sleep.

school days: 5-6
weekends: at least 11

weekdays: 8-9hrs, sometimes 7
Weekends: 9 hrs

Not enough. ;__;

My "good" nights are usually around 6-7 hours.
Average: 5 hours.
Badbadbad: 3-4 hours.
All without procrastination.

Siiiiigh. Ah, such is life.

well before 2008 came around, things were totally different...BUT!

now i try to go to bed around 8:30 at the latest if i don't have dance wicked late or major studying. i study & do tons of homework ON the weekend. & i really utilize my homework time slots in between dance and other ec's. i'm going to try to join more clubs though so this will probably change. and i wake up at 6 sharp so for the past couple weeks i have gotten about 9.5 hours of sleep!

& my weekends are very eventful! i manage family time, friend and social time, & TONS of homework time with little sleep!

Fendy-

It's easy to get your work done early IF you get home early. If you don't get home until late then you do your work late and get home late. Some days it's actually physically impossible for me to get 9 hours of sleep because I get home so late that I'd get a max of about 7- but then I have work to do. Bler.

Usually 6-7. I usually get all my work done and then do random things until 11:30. If I'm sick or exhausted I go to bed earlier, but 6-7 hours is plenty of sleep to be energized the next day. On Saturday it's still 6-7 hours since I have to be at work at 7:30, but on Sunday it's usually between 9 -10 hours.

i get about ten. whooo.

Week Days with morning Band: 6 hours
Week Days without morning band: 6.5, I go running in the mornings
Week Days before tests: 7.0
All nighters: once a month

Weekdays:

2% Rare cases: 7-8 hours
20% When I don't have much homework: 5 hours
56% Normal: 3-4 hours
20% Lots of work: 1 hour
2% Giant paper due: 0 hours

Weekends:

9-15 hours

First semester of senior year ends in 2 weeks. Hooray.
After that: 6 hours? Perhaps.

Usually around 4 hours on school nights, but it varies depending on homework.

Usually around 6 on weekends, but it also varies.

mmm about 5.5 hours during the week, maybe 6. but weekends are amazing for sleeping! haha friday is always my earliest bed night.

"Normal night: 5 hours
Busy night: 2-3 hours
Really busy nights: zero sleep
All-nighters: At least once a week.
Weekends: 12+ hours

Theater kids at my school don't get much sleep."

dude you are going to die

All-nighter tonight! how exciting....

good weeknight: 8-9 hours
normal weeknight: 7 hours
"why-are-teachers-having-all-the-homework-on-the-same-day-due-and-theres-a-test-night" night: 3-4 hours
weekends: 12-15 hours haha (:

like 6-7 it sucks because i need like 9-10 hrs to feel fully awake. i honestly think it's detrimental to my health/learning. but theres nothing i can do so...

Wow, yup I will typically get 3-5 hours per night. Lately it's been 2.5-4. Whoo! Sleep deprivation!

I usually get perhaps 6-7, but recently, it's been 4-5, and I'm starting to crash.
But a lot of sleep, for me, just makes me more tired. It's strange. I work well with around 7-9 ish.

However, if it was marching band season, I'd get even less sleep...Thank goodness it's over...

I usually go to bed about 12 - 12:30 and wake up around 7:15...

a "late night" for me is 1 or 1:30, I think I've stayed up past 2 AM three times in 2 years. I just start my homework a lot sooner if I know it's a lot. On a good night if I'm tired and done with homework I can just go to bed at 11...:)

PS

I have a friend though, she goes to bed at 5 AM on a good day and 6 on a regular day and wakes up at 7:30...I don't know how she does it. :(

Does this get better in college or worse? High school has been total sleep deprivation.
