I’m a rising junior, and I’m probably in the 80th or so percentile academically… 2120 sophomore SAT (took it the day right after recovering from a severely high fever - think 40+ Celsius), 210 sophomore PSAT, 760 Math IIC SAT II, 3.83 UW GPA for grades 9-10, fluent in four languages, got my ABRSM Diploma in Piano Music Performance, staff member of school’s literary magazine for only one year so far…

I’m not terrible, but I’m certainly not outstanding compared to everyone else here.

^ LOL, but I’m a Canadian citizen so I guess it’s kind of expected (no offense intended for any Canadians out there)? That’s partly the reason why I ended up spending my third grade year at a public elementary school in Montreal, QC where every single subject was taught in French. XD

dude I’m jealous haha. So I’m guessing like you learned Chinese at home, you grew up in an English/French environment in Montreal, moved to Michigan and used English, then learned Spanish at school?

^ Almost… grew up in an English/Chinese speaking background, learned French in Montreal, then went to middle school and started learning Spanish. I just passed the AP Spanish exam with a 5 this year.

I’m a URM, so I get automatic upsies in my CC rank.

JK.

I think my SAT score is above average here (2300, on the dot, which was basically exactly what I wanted). However, I got rejected by RSI and TASP *and MITES, so maybe I suck. My PSAT was 226, so I think I’ll be National Merit, but apparently my school forgot to comfirm my blackness, so there might be some problem with my being National Achievement.
I got a signed letter from the President of Brynn Mawr today, so maybe that’s better. It was just because I got their Book Award though. Which was, btw, a frigging paper back.
My GPA is like a 3.84, probs average for CC. I go to public school, and always mention that mine is on USNWR and Newseek’s top 100.
MY ECs are probably pretty average for CC. I never do AIME or anything like that. I do however, have a pretty good record for APs. There are probably other stats I should mention, but I can’t think of anything.

Well, I haven’t taken the actual SAT yet, so idk about that. For SAT II’s, I think I’m a little higher, at least for my Chem, which I got a 770 on, but Math I was only 700. I got a 190 on the PSAT, so maybe in the top 50% for that. My GPA is a 3.75 UW, so that’s also prob around 50% or so. Some of my EC’s are average for CC, but a few aren’t, specifically my Robotics team (one of the best in the nation, always get invited to Nationals, got 3rd in both regionals this past year and many 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placements in past regionals). Haven’t taken any AP’s yet and haven’t taken any science olympiads and only got a 75 on AMC 10 (didn’t study at all)

But I really think ur intelligence is more accurately measured by the number of posts u have. Someone who wastes countless hours on CC boasting thousands of posts would be towards the bottom. Someone who browses the useless high school life threads instead of the more informative ones would also be towards the bottom. Someone who is practically in college (upcoming frosh) but still wastes time on high school life threads is just pathetic (laughs at self sadly).

Bottom 6th percentile, probably. I don’t have 10 APs by senior year, a 2000+ SAT, 32+ ACT, or shadowing a doctor or interning at a prestigious law firm or anything. I’m average.
