It took two weeks for me but they ended up giving me $12k more per year in merit aid!

My appeal was a little bit more than that, plus some additional permissions for certain types of loans. I’m going to try to use the bare minimum on loans as I know how they accrue very quickly over 4 years.
@GoRedhead As of right now, it’s cheaper than my in-state options! RPI is now very affordable for me, so I think I’ll attend unless I get off some of my waitlisted schools.
