how long do you study per day for either the ACT/SAT?

I do one test for one subject for each. Like for example, this week was math, so I did all the math sections in one ACT practice tests and all the math sections in one SAT practice test. So 2 hours a week, pretty much.

It depends on when the mood strikes. I really only need to study for grammar (on both) and that shouldn’t be too difficult.

I think that when your eyes began rooming around the room and you’re bored out of your mind is when you should probably stop studying for that day.

That happens to me even before I begin.

Hmmm…well then you could always set time limits for yourself.

I think I speak for most people when I say we don’t study every day. We may study often, but to have to answer the question “how much every day” is extremely difficult because some days include full practice tests (5 hours) while others include just vocab review (30 minutes). It also varies depending on how long you’ve been studying. I’ve been working on SAT writing and some math on and off since I was a freshman so my time will obviously vary from someone who just starts two months before the test. He may study more consistently because he is short on time while I study spontaneously since I’ve had the time lenience to do so.
