The tuition bill came (shudder) and we're trying to figure out how much $$ should be put in the Flex acct. What does it typically get used for and how much is enough?

Flex is optional - buying books, laundry, supplies at the bookstore and food are the most common uses.

I think you are better off not getting flex and just put your money at WSFS and hook up your UD card to be used as a debit card

Don't waste your time with flex... the ONLY thing that you need flex for it for laundry if you don't want to use coins. Everything else can be from your WSFS account, cash, credit, or other debit card.

I used flex for laundry and to buy food sometimes.

If you are interested in flex for food and laundry you can always start with a small amount and add more later

but can you also just use your wsfs debit account instead of flex to buy food for example? if so, i dont' see a point for flex. do any of you current students not have flex accounts??
