There are NO undergrad rankings for graphic design that I am aware of. About 5 years ago, US News did a ranking of graduate graphic design programs. Here is the result:

1 Rhode Island School of Design Providence, RI
2 Cranbrook Academy of Art Bloomfield Hills, MI
Yale University New Haven, CT
4 Virginia Commonwealth University Richmond, VA
5 Carnegie Mellon University Pittsburgh, PA
6 Maryland Institute College of Art Baltimore, MD
School of Visual Arts New York, NY
8 California Institute of the Arts Valencia, CA
9 Pratt Institute Brooklyn, NY
10 California College of the Arts

In terms of general masters of fine arts, RISD, Yale, cranbrook, SAIC and MICA headed up the list.

Be advised, because a school has a top ranking in grad school doesn't mean that it undergrad is or is not as good. For example, there are a lot of strong undergraduate design programs, such as University of Cincinnati, that doesn't have a graduate program in graphic design. Thus, I question whether you can go by these grad school rankings.

I should note that there was a lot of criticism about US New's ranking and methodology regarding art programs.

Thanks for the help, as well as the advice.

For other readers I just thought I would mention that the grad school rankings you gave were actually done in 2008. The 2003 rankings you are referring to are a good deal different.

Also, I'm not sure these are the worth going by as they are largely based on selectivity, which has littler reflection of the quality of the program. Really there is no substitute for visiting a school and talking to the students and faculty.
