Here is my schedule for next year, which will be junior year:

English Lang & Comp AP

Spanish 4H
-My options here are either 4H or 4H Lit, which is a prerequesite for AP Spanish Lit. I chose the class that is a prerequisite for AP Spanish Lang

Chemistry AP
-Either Chem or Physics B, since I heard Bio is a TON of outlining

Pre-calculus RSH
-RSH stands for research honors, which in our school is one level above honors, so I'm likely going to keep this class

Statistics AP
-I've heard VERY EASY in my school. Is 2 maths okay, though? I'm pretty interested in stats anyway!

US History AP
-I am taking Euro this year, and am pulling off a B+, maybe will raise it to an A- by the end of the year

Lunch

________?
-Should I take AP Psych or just leave this as a free period?

What you have so far looks rigorous but manageable! Is taking a free period very common at your school? If most top students don’t, it would be a nice break in a difficult courseload.

What sciences have you taken already? I’d personally reccomend taking classes in biology, physics and chemistry; if you’ve already taken all three, I don’t think one class is better than the other.

That doesn’t look too hard. It’s well balanced and if you threw AP Psych into there, it would show colleges that you’re challenging yourself. But I would have to agree with fairlights to add some sort of physics in there. But you’ve got chemistry, which is great!

Yeah, Freshman year I took Honors Bio, Soph year (this year) I’m taking Honors Chem, and I plan to take AP Physics senior year.

I’m actually pretty interested in Psych, too, so I think I might actually add that and use my lunch period as a free. (sometimes teachers let us eat in class, so that might work out)

it all depends on yourself and how hard each of your teachers are in grading the classes- both of which you know better than us random strangers on the internet.

Too rigorous is when you are constantly pulling all-nighters. As a matter of fact, IMO, if you are pulling more than 2 allnighters (finals excluded) in HS, it is too rigorous.
