How should I prepare for Algebra 2?

Any good Internet study materials to use. I am absolutely TERRIBLE at algebra. I still get an A but I usually stay after school everyday and my teacher for algebra 1 got really annoyed. So anything will help :)

Khan Academy is always helpful.

Review some tricky Algebra concepts, like -f(x) vs. f(-x), factoring, substitution, GRAPHS, etc.

My teacher started the class slowly with Algebra 1 review, yours may do the same.

Get the **** off College Confidential and join the La-La Algebra 2 boards. You don’t belong here if you haven’t had BC Calc by sophomore year.

^

Even though that’s sarcastic, there does seem to be a lot of people on here like that XD.

You should definitely try out Khan Academy  other than that, my general advice for the class would be to do all your homework, ask the teacher if you don’t understand something(don’t delay this) and most importantly, study for alll the tests by doing practice problems even if you think you are confident inn the topic. I’m not sure about your school but in my school the teachers always make the tests twice as hard as the homework. Also, are you taking Honors? Because most of this advice is for the honors class
Good luck!! :D

make sure you have factoring down.
thats it

But yeah, if you can factor, FOIL, and do fairly basic graphs, you’ll be set.

Dont forget those special right triangles.
THEY NEVER GO AWAY
