How should I/Should I report cheating?

I was browsing craigslist, when I found this, https://mcallen.craigslist.org/cpg/5035041623.html
I was wondering how and should I report this?
I’m not a student of this university, yet that is. I really think this is wrong, and I am wanting to know how I can go about reporting it. I really feel like I should, but there is no name available. There is not even a number; so how can the university take this into consideration?
Cheating is wrong, and it is one thing to have extra notes when you shouldn’t. But, this is some hardcore stuff.
Any suggestions? Is this out of my grasp?

It’s not worth the effort in this case. Cheating exists and it sucks and you should do what you can, but this would be incredibly hard to track down and simply not worth it. Someone like this is bound to get caught anyways, and if he/she doesn’t he’s going to pay for it eventually.

Since there’s not really any information about the identity of the person, I’m not sure if there’s anything that can be done about it at this point.

However, you already know the time of the class, the course, and the school. Is there a way to figure out the name of the instructor? Maybe you could send them the link and they can be sure to double check student ID’s, etc.

Forward it to the math department.

You should call the CPD, the craigslist police department.

I’d just forward that post to the math department so they will require the students to show ID before tests.
