<p>My first choice school has always been Gtown. However, I was not admitted as I was applying to colleges this yr. So, I’ll be attending Washington and Lee this fall. I have a few questions:</p>
<li>How soon can I transfer to gtown?</li>
<li>Will gtown ask for my high school transcript and ACT’s?</li>
<li>What is the avg GPA for transfers who are admitted??</li>

<p>Where are you from? Not Va? You took that ACT's not the SAT's so I am guessing you are west of the Mississippi! :)</p>
<p>You will need to send in your high school and W&L transcripts, test scores and an official AP transcript. </p>
<p>Make that first semster count since they will make decisions before you have second-semester grades. </p>
<p>Forget about "average" GPA. They do not want average. They want top of the heap. JK Assume 3.6 or better from W&L. But that is what they all say. </p>
<p>Get involved in clubs, the school newspaper, sports, and volunteer! Community service is a plus!</p>
<p>What school at GU are you looking at? Foreign Service is the hardest for transfer.</p>
<p>Have a really good reason to transfer to Georgetown. They do not care how much you want to go there. Make them want you to come!!!!</p>
