How soon will I hear back from Michigan State

I applied a couple days before the Nov 1 deadline, and I live in washington state. Has anyone heard back that applied around the same time as I did?

I applied about 5 days before the November deadline and heard back about 4 days ago. Some of my friends applied at the same time and heard back 2 weeks ago. I think it depends on how good of an applicant you are but you should probably hear back within 2 weeks I feel like.

Thanks, congrats to you! :slight_smile: I’m just really worried because all the threads for Class of 2021 have people saying that they got updates in their portals with deferrals,acceptances, etc and I haven’t gotten anything in my portal at all.

There still hasn’t been any change to my portal and I applied on October 30 :frowning:

I applied the day of the deadline and I heard back 2 weeks later

I’m getting a bit nervous as I applied in late September and it’ll be 12 weeks tomorrow…Does applying to James Madison have anything to do with how long my decision is taking?

I got accepted 4 days later after sending in my application lol…

But on topic, MSU has “rolling admissions” so it’ll take a certain period of time for them to review your application and send you a decision. Some of my friends was a week, others 8-12. On their website is says 8-12, but truthfully, don’t expect longer than a couple weeks if I were you…
