How strong am I for Emory & Oxford? (chance me pls)

I posted this in another thread so I’m probably going to get in trouble unless I delete that one from the interwebs.

Demographics
• mixed race female (Vietnamese, black, white)

Academics
• Unweighed core classes sophomore year and up, I’m at a 3.21. Overall a 3.6 unweighted 3.71 weighted. These are potentially higher because I took an economics and a physics class over the summer and got a 3.5 total but I’m not sure if those grades affect my GPA.
• Class rank is 108/488 (give or take a few places)
8 honors classes freshman/sophomore year
• 2 AP classes (World History and Lang & Comp)
• IB Diploma student - 3 HL classes and 3 SL classes
• 31 on the ACT
• Lettered in academics this semester
• French National Honor Society

Sports
• Lacrosse fresh/soph year
• Cross country all 4 years
• “Most Improved” award sophomore year
• “Most Valuable Junior” award
• “Outstanding Senior” award
• Academic All State Honorable Mention junior year
• Academic All Stare First Team senior year
• 2 varsity letters

Volunteering
•Local museum for 2 years, around 200 hours logged
•Volunteered as a lacrosse coach sophomore year summer

Other stuff
• I have a part time job
I did visit Emory if demonstrating interest is a good thing

Essays and Recs
• Lets say letters of rec are a solid 8/10. I know the teachers very well and was very involved in their classes
• My essay is a good 7-8/10 and touches on why my GPA sophomore year is so low - basically about dealing with suicide sophomore year so I think it sets me apart.

I know Emory is a reach because of my GPA. I’ve been hoping for Oxford because the cross country coach is interested in me running there (which doesn’t affect the admissions process because it is still DIII) but that seems to be a reach as well.

I don’t know how I forgot to add this but I’ve played the cello since age 10, played in the string orchestra fr/soph year and successfully auditioned for the chamber orchestra jr/sr year
