How 'Super' is superscore? Chance me for Duke ED!!!

Hello CC.! I'll try and keep this relatively short.

So.. I took the SAT test three times and here are the scores

Take 1: W760 M800 R600- 2160
Take 2: W710 M700 R720 - 2130
Take 3: W800 M740 R640 - 2180

So my highest single score is 2180 and my superscore is 2320. That, to me, is a HUGE difference.
I know that some schools including Duke superscore the SAT. Does this mean that when i apply to Duke my SAT scores will appear as 2320? Does a superscored 2320 have less merit(?) than a single sitting 2320?
