How to convert grades (international student)

I’m international student and we calificate grade out of 10, my grades are generally 9.50-9.90/10
I’ve researched but I can’t find anything reliable.

You don’t

Unless a college specifically asks you to convert grades (in which case, they will tell you how to convert), report your GPA on the 10 point scale. Most AO’s are very familiar with grading outside of the US.
