<p>Some states actually have a discrepancy rule for minor age differences between kids who are dating - IE, if you’re 17 and you have a 16 year old girlfriend and suddenly you turn 18, you can still legally have sex with her because you’re less than 2-3 years apart in age. So if the OP is young enough he could have sex with an under AOC girl and still not get charged in many states.</p>
