I accepted the admission offer (and paid the deposit) from my own school, but later I received a better offer from other school, therefore I changed my mind....how do I deny the offer after accepting it? Will it have any negative impact on me?

I think you are legally bound by a contract after accepting. However, if it’s a funded position and the class size got larger than they expected, then they might be willing to let you go without any hard feelings. It really depends on the school, so you should just ask them.

Tell the school you have decided to pursue other interests than their graduate program. Thank them and say that you have decided this is not the right time for you to enter their program, but hope to enter the program sometime in the future (as not to close any doors). A lot of schools actually give the deposit back as a practice of good faith.

It’s not a problem and you do not have to go there.

CALL (do not email) the director of graduate studies in the department that accepted you. Do this IMMEDIATELY. Tell her or him that you have received another offer, and will be attending another university.

Apologize for the inconvenience this will cause.

Be courteous. Be apologetic. Do not lie, under any circumstances.

Academia is a small world. If you end up in another program, faculty in the program that first offered you a place will eventually find out.

(Just as a technical point, you are not “denying” their offer. You are declining to fulfill your contract. Be clear about that.)
