<p>if you do not play a sport, try out for a team. i gained 15 pounds this year from waterpolo and swimming....</p>
<p>work out 1-2 hours a day. eat lots of protein.</p>

<p>I think the best way to gain weight is to wait till u r really very VERY hungry and then eat as much as u wish. A job I held and the location of the place disallowed me to have lunch on time so I would be raving with hunger when I got home. I satisfied my hunger with a good meal and lo! I have put on some real weight. The only comment I get these days when I meet ppl after an interval is abt my weight.
Hope this works for u as well. I am done with weight now n ll try to remain as I am right now.</p>
<p>Working out and eating lots of food I went from 120 to 155. So yea I use to be skinny around you :). SO YOU CAN DO IT. Took 3 years though :P</p>
<p>It took me only six months at most to gain all the weight. I rocketed from sth like 56 kg to 67 kg in the period!!! (dont know abt the pounds, sorry)
