How to improve SAT score

I got a 1730 on my first SAT try, and I would really like to improve it... Up to a 2000 or 2100. Is it possible? My scores were Reading: 640, Math: 490, and Writing: 600. How should I approach this monumental task? I have 4 months. Any advice would be welcome.

I suggest PWN the SAT for math as well as Grubers complete SAT 2009 (there’s a PDF on google). As for reading try Grammatix, I’m soon going to start reading it, but I’ve heard really good things on it, it’s also on google as PDF. And for writing just research grammar and common mistakes on the SAT. It’s honestly super easy to improve once you practice. I reviewed for like a day and jumped 40 pts. I have no clue for the essay, as I’ve gotten an 8 both times and don’t care to raise it. I think you have a great chance of improving as long as you make a good plan to study each day (at least 2-3 hours, five days a week). you are looking to improve a lot, so it takes will and motivation. My first SAT was 1740 and I’m also looking to improve. Those books are helping.
