How to increase my chances of getting into MIT?

I am an international student from India who will be applying to MIT the next year and my academic and extra- curricular record is as follows :
*note right now I am studying in 11th standard
an unimpressive 3.62 gpa in 9th standard
4.0 gpa in 10^th standard
Aggressive delegate at MUNs (2 best delegates so far)
State top 1% in NSEJS class 9
Cleared NTSE stage 1( stage to results to be declared soon!)
Have been an active member of an NGO for child education and empowering women.
Have been school cultural prefect and house captain (both in the junior segment)
Hoping to clear KVPY
I am an on and off blogger (url:basearticlesforyou.blogspot.in)
Please let me know if this is good and what are my odds of getting into MIT. Please tel me what should I do to SUBSTANTIALLY increase my chances.
I can get very effective LORs since I am one of the most active students of my batch at school.
I might also get a recommendation letter from my summer research instructor at an ivy league college. Will it help?

Which school in India, What is the track record of this school in getting students into MIT? What are your scores? Can you afford to be full pay or do you need financial aid?

@Le1Harsh please read:

@VeryLuckyParent, an applicant’s chances of getting into MIT has nothing to do with their ability to pay for school. MIT is one of about 5 schools that are completely need blind.

Take a look at this page, written by an MIT admissions officer:

A high level guideline to start with for “chances” is to look at the overall MIT acceptance rate (7.8% for 2016). Beyond that, no one can tell you.
