How to make time pass?!?!?!?

I’m on spring break and the waiting is killing me!!! I don’t have school to distract myself, so any suggestions? I don’t know why they make us wait so long!!!

Watch movies or go out with your friends. It’s fun :)

Read a book.

Yeah, I’ve finally been able to catch up on a lot of reading now that I’m a second semester senior! Sleep as much as you can (to kill time) and focus on your hobbies :)

Lift the Master Sword from its pedestal.

I agree with Ayia, movies really help!

i remember for ED 30 minutes before the decisions came out, i couldn’t wait, so i took a shower cuz i knew tht by the time i finished my purposefully long shower and getting dressed tht decisions would be ready. i remember the clock was 4:59 when i came out and was so happy i took tht shower lol

weed

no just kidding, haha. Go out and have fun with friends? Watch movies, read books, you know: relax. I wish I had time to do these things, I have exams at the moment(so much fun!)

I am in a similar situation to the OP. I am going on a trip with my family but I feel as if all im going to think about is college. I really need to get this stuff outta my head for the next week if I dont want to remember it as the most antsy spring break ever.

I agree with Phil. Books and sleep!

Go rock-climbing. Hang out with people - it keeps your mind off college.

I just tried to make it through the day haha…I went to practice, drove my car at the speed limit, and blasted some good music. By the time I got home, it was 5:30. I took a few deep breaths, drank a glass of water, and then checked

Sleep :D. Read books, learn how to do something, go to ninjavideo to watch movies and tv shows, watch House MD, study for AP exams, Facebook, go shopping…Books are great because they are distracting and you can lose yourself in the story easily if you find the right book. Play video games :D.

Hahah well… here’s what I’m doing and you can take ideas if you want:

Working [job @ abercrombie]

Going out with friends

going to the beach

Varsity tennis practice

Doing spring break assignments

Sending last minute forms to colleges

Listening to music and dancing around to it

Babysitting

=]

My friends and I are having a West Wing marathon… find some insanely long-running show and park yourself in front of the TV, haha.

On a serious note, I’ve been exercising and painting a lot more, 'cause otherwise I’d go crazy.

Buy the new pokemon game,

Surround yourself with other people.
I’ve found that the only times when I’ve been worried about colleges is when I’m by myself.

try ot stay off the computer as much as possible. cause you’ll keep on thinking about it everytime your on it. (well at least I do)

I am convinced there is no solution. I guess finally getting into somewhere good will be that much better.

Workout! A lot. :)
