Hey! I am from India and have applied to Stanford.
I have already completed and sent my CSS profile.
They are also asking for an International Student Certification of Finances form.
I don’t know whether I have to fax, email or send the form by post. Please help!!

The best is to ask the finaid office. send a mail to them immediately. you got only a week. But many universities do have a facility called dropbox, where you can dump your signed, scanned copy of the form. If stanford insist they want to see the glazed ink signature, email attach a scanned copy to finaid office and send the physical copy by courier. Don’t go for India speed post, it takes 2-3 weeks. And also you can’t track once it leaves the indian shore. DHL/FedEx may deliver within one week as express courier (but check with them). When you email the scanned copy explain them the situation and write them that the physical copy is on its way.
