how to sign up for the april 18th thing?

i just bought my tickets to richmond (i'm coming allt he way from californiaaaaaaa!) and what do i do to sign up for the admitted students day??

sorry this is a dumb question but i'm so excited!

The user name and password for the registration form (located at [University of Richmond: New Spiders](http://newspiders.richmond.edu)) are in the admission packet inside the open house invitation under the section “register to attend”.

We’re looking forward to seeing you on the 18th!

UR Admissions

Is a schedule of the day’s events being sent to the students through USPS or is there one located on the UR website?

Once registered, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation (not immediately–a few days later) that tells you more about the program, what time, where to be, where to park etc. We’re still working on the nitty-gritty details of the schedule, so it isn’t available quite yet. Let me know your particular questions and I’ll try to help.

Just wondering when the program would be coming to a close. Time?

The last formal session ends at 3:15 and offices that will be open for visitors close at 4:00 but families are welcome to leave earlier if they prefer and some do drift away as the day passes, either because their flights are in the afternoon or because they want to see the city of Richmond. It is a flexible program designed to give visitors many choices about the things they’d like to further explore on campus. I hope that helps! We’re looking forward to seeing those of you who are able to attend!

If anyone is looking for a place to eat dinner that night, let me know what kind of food, the location of your hotel (or a part of Richmond you’d like to try out) and the budget, and I can try to make some recommendations. Richmond has a lot of great locally owned restaurants.
