I am retaking the english part of the act and i was wondering, how should i study for it? THanks.

anyone???

You are better off doing a lot of practice tests than trying to memorize grammar rules. Pick up on trends and commonly addressed grammar issues so you will recognize them on the test and not accidentally put “no error” or fall for the common mistake answers. Especially with English…its easy to believe an answer is right just because you see it on the page…but you have to know what to look for. So just practice practice practice!
I got a 36 on the English section btw…so this is at least kind of legit haha

The Princeton Review:Cracking the ACT has T0NS! of practice test for english. I have been using it for almost two years now, and I love it. It also has explanations as to why or why not you may or may not have missed problems. It also has math, science, and reading problems if you want to study subjects other than english.

I just looked at one of the practice tests, it seems to me that the ACT english section is similar to the SAT Writing section. Any truth to this?
