<p>I am a transfer student and I have emailed the school I am planning to transfer asking how do I submit my rec letters. They replied that I can either send it by mail or send it through the common app. They told me to look for more instructions on the common app, but I cant find any.</p>
<p>Can anyone give me some clues?</p>
