how to succeed at junior year

hi so last year (sophomore year) i got a mostly b average with a few a’s and a-minuses mixed in. how do i get an a average for junior year in order to boost my gpa? tips to stop procrastination are also welcome.
classes i’m taking:
APUSH
honors american lit (AP not available)
honors spanish 3 (AP not available)
accelerated chem or anatomy/physiology (depends on if there’s room for me in anatomy)
accelerated pre-calc
marketing

EC’s/Sports:
unified track (i love working w best buddies/special needs kids)
volunteer at a rescue shelter for dogs
part time job
political awareness club
interACT club which is a volunteering club

i dont know if i’m taking the ACT or SAT so opinions would be much appreciated. Thanks so much in advance! please reply and help ya girl out :slight_smile:

Yes, colleges care about testing your mettle, but don’t stretch yourself too thin. Take courses you know you will likely do well in if you put your mind to it. Don’t try to be a heroine and over extend yourself. Develop your leadership in your community and get to know a couple teachers well - and quickly. Pace yourself. If you don’t get in ED I or II or EA, it will be a marathon year to the finish. Surround yourself with good friends and family and talk things out with anyone who will listen.
