How well do IBDP classes prepare one for SAT Subject Tests?

Hello,

I'm an international student and I am striving for American colleges. I'm starting the IB Diploma Programme in about a month and I have a very important question. Because I'm not taking any AP classes or other conventional prep-courses available for many citizens in the U.S.A, how well do IB classes prepare for the subject tests?

These are my IBDP classes that I will take:

Mathematics HL
Physics HL
Finnish B HL (I live in Finland btw lololol)
Chemistry SL
Psychology SL
English Language and Literature SL

I will probably take the Math 1 and Math 2 subject exams; because, I'm taking higher level math which should be a very demanding course.
I will also probably take the Physics subject test; because, again, I'm taking it at the higher level.
I would like to also take the Chemistry and the English subject tests however I'm not sure how well these classes prepare me for them.

So, to narrow down my question: Will the classes that I am taking for the IBDP prepare me well to get 800s in Physics, Math, Chemistry, and English subject tests?

Note, that my Physics and Math courses are at the Higher Level and my English and unfortunately also my Chemistry (I couldn't take HL in my current school) are at the Standard Level.

Btw, should I rather post this onto the International forum instead of here? I was in an emotional impasse; but, I opted for the eeny, meeny, miny, moe method to decide in which section to post in XD Don’t hate, I’m only an international noob.

Bump

You probably should have already taken Math II, since it tests up to Pre-Calculus. Math HL goes past Calculus, so you would have already forgotten much of the Pre-Calculus Concepts.

Have you taken pre-calculus? If not, that’s fine because the first part of HL math will cover a less in-depth version of pre-calculus, such as logs and advanced algebra. SL and HL math will prepare you very well for the exam except for the fact that in IB you get your formulas handed to you and in the subject test you get basically no formulas except maybe a few geometry ones like the surface area of a cylinder or something like that. You will be fine for math. I took SL Math and got a 730, which I know is pretty average, but I did so without studying at all and would have gotten much higher had I practiced the timing (left 6 questions blank because I was rushed). There were no questions that I didn’t know how to answer.
