Are there any SAT subject tests that correlate to IB DP classes at the end of the junior year. My son is at the end of his junior year and he is full IB diploma. His schedule this year is
HL1 Math
HL Bio
SL History (but it’s not US or Americas, I believe it’s Africa and Europe)
HL ENglish
SL French (not his strongest subject, he has a tutor)
SL Visual Art

I don’t understand the problem. There are subject tests for math, world history, English, and French. I would recommend preparing specifically for each test, using the official study guides and probably Barrons.
@sattut I am not sure what you don’t understand. The OP is not saying there is a problem. What OP is saying (I think) is that usually when one takes AP US History, they would be better prepared to take the SAT subject test in US History. Same for AP Chemistry - then taking the Chemistry subject test. The Original poster (OP) is asking (I believe) which subject tests would correlate with her son’s IB classes. @kona2012 I would have your son ask his IB teacher. It could be that he would be ready to take the math Level 2 after taking HL1Math this year (or maybe Math Level 1 subject test). Perhaps, maybe Biology. Because you state that the history is not US, I am not sure if that particular class would prepare him for the World History subject test. I think asking his current teachers might be a good start. @LvMyKids2 Thank you, yes that was exactly what I was asking. There are tons of google hits for AP classes to SAT subject tests but none for IB. Math and Bio is what I was thinking but not sure of which math and when wou,d be the best time to take. I send an email to his teachers. Thank you!
