How will my ACT scores look?

The first time I took the ACT I got a 29. The second time I got a 31 and I just took the ACT for a third time and I feel pretty confident that I got at least a 32 and very possibly a 33.

My question is whether Penn will view me based on my highest score (hopefully a 33) or if they will look at me less favorably because of my initial low 29 and my not-so-great 31. I don't think anyone can ever feel totally confident applying to Penn, but if I knew that they were just going to see my 33 I'd feel a lot better. How much do you think they are going to look down upon my earlier scores? When I took the test for the first time it was the beginning of my junior year and I hadn't even looked at an ACT before. I didn't even know how many sections were on the test. It was pretty pathetic, ha.

Anyone ??
