So I recently took the ACT, it was supposed to be for the last time. However, it was 2 points away from the composite I wanted, I got a 30- math was the only thing that dropped, but everything else increased considerably.
My best math score was all the way back in October, and had I had the same math score in Oct as I did on this most recent test, I would have a 32 composite.
My top school, UPenn (I know this is a lower score there, but it’s my top choice rn) superscores, and I’m wondering if I should even bother retaking if if they only consider my best scores. I have worked incredibly hard but I am so burned out from the ACT that I have a feeling I would decrease after the fourth time.
I’m also taking two SAT subject tests, one of them math, that I will be studying incredibly hard for the next few months- could that possibly make up for it? I don’t want to risk ANYTHING when I apply- but I honest to god don’t want to take that test again when there are so many other things for admission.
thoughts??
