How's my schedule?

  1. Math 131 - 4 Credits
  2. Computer Science 187 - 4 Credits
  3. Intro to Psychology - 4 Credits
  4. Greek Civilization - 4 Credits
  5. Global Warming Seminar - 1 Credit

So what do you guys think about it? Is it average? How much work do you think it will be? Should I change anything? Should I focus more on Gen Ed classes instead? I’m kind of worried that the classes are all 4 credits(not really sure if that’s even something worth worrying about though). Does it even make sense that I’m already taking computer science and math rather than just getting through all of my gen eds?

I’m currently undeclared in the CNS but I’m planning on becoming a computer science major.
I’m also interested in taking physics but i’m not sure if I should even try fitting that into my schedule.

Really just any feedback at all would be appreciated. I don’t really have anyone to compare my schedule to so I’m not sure what’s considered a “normal” schedule.

Keep that schedule it’s literally perfect. Math 131 is pretty easy, Intro Psych is completely manageable if you have Rahaal. I’ve heard Corner is teaching a section of 187 again and he was good when I had him last year. The only 4 -credit class I don’t know much about is Greek, but I’m taking that next semester and I’ve read it’s a fair amount of reading but still fine. The seminar is good for just learning about another subject. I wouldn’t add physics just yet. You’ll have a hard time balancing 187 and 151 and as a freshman you want a manageable workload.

Seriously though, as long as your time management skills don’t suck, you’ll be able to strike the perfect balance between work and play with this schedule. Also, your schedule is line with what most CS freshman take, so you should be set.

Awesome, thanks! I really appreciate the response.
