PSAT: 235 (80cr, 80m, 75w)

APs: one 5 so far
Courseload: hardest possible + more at my school...

lots of clubs, good state science & math awards

I'm not sure if HSHSP will look at awards/ecs (unless you integrate them into your essays or something). And, there was already a thread on this forum before about HSHSP.

I just decided yesterday to go. Sort of torn, since my friend from London is coming back over the summer and I'll miss him almost entirely, but I dont want to regret passing on this opportunity.

That said, if HSHSP started just one day later my friends and I could have gone to a Pearl Jam concert. Such bad luck :(

This may be obvious given my above post, but yeah, I have.

Also, based on Narcissa's first post, it's a miracle and a half that I got in with people like her applying.

oh, reading list:
lots, I read like 10+ out of school and 15ish in school. I wrote my paragraph about Tim O'Brien's The Things They Carried. It's an incredible book. Read it. Please.

oh, I didn't mean to imply that I was dishonest with my book list. I just read a lot of books this year. I made sure to make it clear which were in-school and which were independent, since I thought thats what I read we were supposed to do on the sheet.
