huge problem about credits

<pre><code>I recently transferred to Baruch College (I had 76 credits at my previous institution) .Baruch took 66. credits My problem is that one of my accounting courses did not transfer. I am going to now graduate a semester late. My issue with the transfer process is that a student that attends Baruch took the exact same course as me (same college, class, grade, course, ect.) and his transferred, but mine did not. The transfer center said that "they don;'t have time" to revisit my file. I went to the director of the transfer center and she told me she would call me back, but never did. I then went to her boss and the same thing happened. What the hell should I do?

<p>I’m not shy at all. I have been there everyday and they just don’t help me. I’ve went to every boss and they are exactly the same. i live 2 hours from the school and I work full time, so I’m getting extremely frustrated and angry over this situation. The “ombuds” didn’t pick up or call me back when I left a message. The academic appeal takes up to 6 months and I already put one in. I need to know by this Wednesday or I’m graduating late, this is such ********. I can’t transfer again and go through another b.s. process at another college.</p>
