I'm applying EA to Stanford, and yesterday I let my mother send my scores in. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a miscommunication. Since Stanford wants to see all of your scores, I said it was fine to send in the ACT but to hold off on the SAT, but she sent everything. My SAT1 scores were where I wanted them to be: I had gotten an 800 in critical reading and had gotten above 750 the three times I had taken it. The problem was that I taken an SAT english lit test and gotten a 690 because I didn't finish. Stanford recommends but does not require subject tests, and I had also taken a biology subject test I did want to send it, but she didn't know you could score choice subject tests taken on the same day. So she sent all my scores, 690 english lit included, and now I'm panicking a bit. All of my other SAT scores were above 700, and that 690 english lit sticks out like a sore thumb because I did so well on the SAT1 reading sections. Does it matter that much? What should I do? We tried calling college board but they said they were already sent :(

Honestly, a 690 in SAT II Literature isn’t going to hurt you, especially if you did well on the ACT and SAT I.

I would not worry about it. Honestly.

Next time, do it yourself. It’s your application, and I’m sure your mother feels bad about the miscommunication.

@IxnayBob Yes, I’ve been strict on doing it all by myself, although I decided it was ok to let her handle a technical thing like this…guess not.
