I might end this semester with a D in AP Calc AB. My other grades are good (in APs and IBs). I had a 4.4 gpa last year and a total gpa of 3.75. My ACT is 30. I applied to UCs (UCSB UCI UCD) and Cal States (SDSU, Chico State, SJSU, Cal Poly Pomona) and I am afraid I won’t be admitted. I’m doing everything I can to raise my grade. What is most likely to happen as far as being accepted? SJSU and Chico were safeties, and honestly I just want to go to one of those.
