what do you honestly think

thanks

depends on your personality

What do you mean is it a good fit? in what sense.

good fit academically? good fit as in you wont feel out of place if your not catholic? size of asian population?

I am the quiet/shy type but definitely not a nerd - kinda antisocial

But my point was, are the Asian kids left out? Is there a lot of racism?

I'm asking because I know there isn't much diversity at this school

My daughter is a freshman at Villanova. Her dorm floor is very diverse with asians, african-americans, pakistanians, etc... They have all become very close and appreciate each other's differences but have also realized that they all have a lot in common.

My daughter can also be quite shy but Villanova did an excellent job in helping freshmans transition into college life. You'll be surprise that you are not the only quiet and shy student around. But Villanova will certainly bring out the best in you....at least it has so far for my daughter. She loves it there.

My daughter also attended one of the summer Campus Ministry retreats before school started. She said it was the best thing she ever did. She said the retreat really helped reduce alot of the fear and anxiety of being in a new school ...and with all the friends she made, she said the first week of school was really easy.

Also, with Philadelphia city so close by, you can get a taste of culture and diversity very easily. So don't worry too much about the diversity too much.
College is what you make of it!!

Hope this helps!
