<p>173 lbs. @ 5'7" might be heavy if its mostly fat.. but don't use BMI to gauge your health... BMI is solely based on weight vs. height. Any above average muscular person is considered to be 'overweight' according to BMI</p>

<p>it may not be accurate, but I'm really starting to notice a difference. some of my jeans don't fit any more :( I hate it when that happens. It makes it painfully clear that ther is a problem..</p>
<p>Your BMI would be around 27 stuck. I'm 5' 8" and around 115, BMI being ~ 17.5 - 18.0. However, I would not consider myself "Underweight", or even "Healthy Weight", or even "Overweight" for that matter. :p Hence, Body Fat percentage is a much better indicator of where you stand.</p>

yeah i was..but sometimes i get really really busy and have no time to excersize. so between that time and now, i hust got fatter and didn't notice it.</p>
<p>exercise is just the boringest thing ever. wish there was something that could make one loss weight while watching tv.</p>

<p>You guys think Squash would help in reducing weight? I increased from 130 pounds to 158 in the past 3 months ( I'm 5'7 ) :'(!!!</p>
<p>i don't know how to play it, but i guess if it involves alot of moving around then it would help you loose weight.</p>
