<p>Drinks are such a waste of calories. I only drink diet stuff, iced tea, water, or a limited selection of juices. </p>
<p>I would rather have a big cupcake than some meaningless can of soda!</p>

<p>You guys do know that nutrition info is listed on the package of everything you eat, right? The exception of course being fast-food, so then yea, search online. Look at it all sometime, you might get disgusted if you add it up. </p>

Soda really is such a waste of calories, not to mention it's not all that hydrating. Red Bull's no good either, especially not 2x a day. Get sugar free if you must get it, not that huge of a taste difference. </p>

<p>Not true. McDonalds now posts nutritional information on the back of the fry carton. I just recently heard this on the news.</p>

<p>one thing that i like to do.. is like say i'll meet my friend somewhere (my town's pretty small) and it gives me motivation to run there to see her... like maybe meet somewhere for lunch on a wkend... maybe like... 6 mi away... and set a time... and run there :)</p>
<p>All you need to do is burn 26 pounds then. You're not fat, only slightly overweight which is okay. You could do reps and exercise and it'll drop dramtically</p>
<p>I'm 5"7 and 130, so yeah you might be a bit fat. But hey, just exercise and eat right. I used to be 155, so you can do it.</p>
