I am seriously nervous about being rejected.
I do not even know why I came here.
Maybe I just wanted to write about anything that's related to colleges after I submitted all of my college applications.
I am not that outstanding student like others, but I do have high hopes of getting admitted into great top schools...
Whoa, I am bit relieved by the fact that I am done, but also nervous at the same time.
Is anyone feeling the same as me?

Yes I know exactly how you feel… What schools are you applying to?

Uh, I applied to:

Stanford as EA (rejected) < But I didn’t feel sad or anything. I knew I wouldn’t get in.
University of California, Santa Barbara
University of California, San Diego
University of California, Los Angeles
University of California, Berkeley
University of Southern California (USC)
Brown
Yale
Princeton

YUP I AM TAKING A RISK HERE.

WOW those are some great schools… You are probably just gun shy because of the rejection…My first choice school is to Pepperdine but I don’t feel like I will get in there. Do you live in CA

Yeah, I do live in CA.
And probably you are right about being shy, haha.
But I am not disappointed because I know Stanford is really hard to get into.
I just wish I can get into any one of those colleges.
My friends tell me I will get into at least one of them, but the colleges I am applying to are bit dangerous, and I was willing to take the risk.
And hey, I feel like you will get into Pepperdine if you have worked hard for it. Who knows?

no safeties?

The thing is I haven’t actually applied… The deadline is Jan 5 and I’m trying to make sure everything is perfect essay wise… I also have never visited Pepperdine, have you visited there or the general Malibu area. Did you visit all the UC’s?

Nope.
I thought it would be better for me to go to community college and then transfer out than just going to Safety.

I don’t know.
I may be foolish.
But I don’t regret it.

Nehemiahfurlow/ I visited UCSD twice because my sister attends there.
I obviously did not visit every campus I am applying to.
But if I had the chance, I would. :)

Also, to give you an advice that my sister told me, changing one sentence structure won’t get you into the college you desire. I feel like if it’s complete overall, then it will be fine. Don’t rush, but don’t be wasting time, too.
