I just realized today that i forgot to give me counselor the Required School Report Supplement.. was that supposed to come with the recommendation letter or the mid-year school report..

if it's supposed to come with the rec letter, IS IT TOO LATE TO SEND IT SEPARATELY FROM THE REC?

It's never too late to send in missing items, in fact Pomona sends out missing items notifications in the admissions process and gives applicants time to turn them in. So send it in now when mountains of mail are coming into the office every day!

actually, i did that too. but when i was talking with my guidance counselor, she told me that our school has a general form they send out with all of their transcript/recommendation packages that basically covers all of the GC supplement forms. my school has never had a problem with it, and pomona accepted it. try to send the right form if you can, but don't freak out

hmmm... i dont know if i sent that in!
but if they send us a note saying that we are missing it, is it no big deal to just send it in then? i mean, will they look at your application and say, "OMG this student forgot something! minus points for her!!!"

omg i think i sent in the supplement but not the actual school report form.. yikes

but the admissions staff was really nice--She told me that once they look over and process my application they would send me a message telling me what i missed, and that they would still accept it late..

but--i was thinking about just sending in right now what i am missing. the problem is that i am not absolutely certain that the form was not completed.. so should i just send it in?
would it be really bad if they ended up with two?
ahh
this sucks
