I got 2 C’s sophomore year what are my chances of getting recruited

Hi I am now an incoming junior and I ended with 2 C’s sophomore year. Literally I have never ended with a C in my life but I ended up ending with them and I am mad but it’s what I earned. I had earned a 3.714 and a 3.85 during my freshman year and then first semester of sophomore year I got a 3.714 and then last semester I ended with a 3.5. I play lacrosse and I also do Deca which is a Co-curricular activity. I’m just wondering do those two C’s have an impact on my admission to colleges? I really wanna go to a selective college to play lacrosse and I’m scared that 2 C’s will look so bad. I ended with a C in Bio honors and a C in geometry honors but then all A’s in my other classes which is Marketing,Weights, Ap world, honors English 10, and French 2. Do you think they look at my individual grades or overall gpa? I know I can end with at least a 3.7 for both semesters if I work hard do you think it will reflect well? And next year I’m going to be in French honor society. Does it look bad? I really just want to get into a division 1 university for lacrosse.

From what I have seen, in any sport, the better the athlete you are, the more leeway there is with grades and scores.

won’t matter at all for most D1s, especially if they want you for sports. as said grades are secondary if you are that good an athlete.

I know 2 kids in other sports with at least two C’s that were offered from multiple selective schools. It may be an issue for some schools though. As stated above, if you are an impact player barriers miraculously disappear. if you’re a practice squad player, you can’t have very many dings on your record. You might be both, depending on which school needs someone in your position.

I do think if you get D’s, that is a little bit more problematic to get by the admissions committee at some schools. And there is a difference between 2 C’s, and a pattern of C’s.

I have done the math and if I stay strong I’ll end with a 3.83 unweighted do you think those C’s won’t really mean anything if I have a 3.83 which is a High gpa?
