I got a fancy packet from Olin that's given to prospective applicants
It was so sweet of them to send such a flamboyant packet.
I never seen any colleges send something as cool as that.

Really looking forward to applying to Olin and seeing how it'll turn out

I’m curious as to what this fancy packet looks like. Olin just produced a “history” book of the college, which is really cool and inspiring. It references the college’s “out of the box” recruiting materials over the years. I know that my son still has his “free parking” poster and his duct-taped booklet from when he was in high school.

The packet my son got, which may be the same as maruhan2’s, was in a cool, silver, Static Shield Bag used for handling electronics, and contained a kind of intentionally “sloppy” folder with intentionally crooked pages, looking like a scrapbook, a letter from the Dean of Admission, Dr. Charles Nolan, and a “Dear Prospie” letter from a current student. We both thought it was uniquely inspiring, too. Nice touch!
