I got a really confusing invoice in the mail today...

I don't understand if I owe UMD money or what? I applied RD in Jan, pretty sure I paid my application fee, here's what the invoice says:
Term_Posting___Description of ItemChargesCredit
201001/28/10Prior balance undergrad application____________55.00

Billing Date: 02/25/10___Payment Due Date: 03/20/10_Total Amount Due: $-55.00

Messages: our records indicate you are not registered for classes for the Spring 2010 semester. Your bill must be paid in full before you can register for next semester.

I'm just incredibly financially challenged - what does this thing mean? I need to pay UMD $55 or they need to pay me $55? Why would they need to pay me $55?
And I don't know what that message is about, I'm not going to UMD for the Spring 2010 semester. I'm applying as a freshman for Fall 2010. So they would have to mean I'm not registered for high school classes Spring 2010? I mean I am, but I didn't send them a mid-year report, because they didn't ask for one. I put my classes on the application and everything though. I don't know. I'm confused. Can anyone help me out here?

EDIT:// Oh poo, as usual, I figured it out right after I posted my question. I think they're returning my application fee because I'm a National Merit finalist. Which brings up a new question, how do I get my $55? I paid by credit card, will they just credit my account, or do I have to do something?

They’ll credit your account.

Awesome, thanks!
