<p>I got that email too, but that’s probably because I already submitted my Common App, application fee, and supplement to Harvard. On my app, I indicated that I was Asian.</p>

<p>I got 207 on the junior PSAT so I wouldn’t think they send it to a very selective pool of applicants. I would think that as long as you are Asian and have a decent PSAT score, you would get such letter.</p>
