I was hoping you would start "And I won." Next time throw an elbow and say that you were just trying to turn away. It does a lot more damage than a punch. That and cover your face a little better.

Then they can contact people for child abuse.

i know, it was a joke of course

I did win though.

I broke his nose in return, just found that out. Not sure which is worse though.

Breaking somebody's nose is pretty damn serious. I would take a fist to the eye instead of my nose anyday...

hmm, yeah, does anyone know any home made remedy for swollen eye, I dont want to go to school for all of next week looking like a dead man.

I find it troubling that a high school would punish a student for GETTING attacked but also would punish a student for something that happens OUTSIDE of school. This sounds like something that would happen in North Korea or in the book 1984.

This high school is encouraging students to lie, and that creates a toxic environment. B_B, is there a way to switch high schools?

Not that I am aware of.

Come to think about it, there is an "academy" that you can tranfer to. But its reputation is absoutely horrible.

I believe that in my school district, school can decided fights that occur within 50 feet of the bus stop. And if you are involved in a fight, even if you do is shove the agressor, you will get in trouble, maybe not as much as the agressor but enough to do you some damage.

We can also get in trouble for using computers and if a virus spread into an account, the person gets in trouble even though it can hardly be his/her fault.

B_B, go ahead and lie about what happened, but PLEASE make sure you don't learn the wrong lesson from this. It sounds like you live in a toxic environment.

If it turns out that you have been lying to us about what really happened, may you burn in hell for all eternity. Sorry, I just had to add this disclaimer to make it clear that I'm not advocating lawlessness.

"If it turns out that you have been lying to us about what really happened, may you burn in hell for all eternity."

Okay. lol.
I dont think my teachers will ask that closely. I should be able just to stuff it with some random excuses.
They did interfere at some cases that happened outside of the school. But those were bigger fights.

are you okay? 0-0

You could just wear sunglasses...I gave a guy a black eye last year (I do taekwondo, so black eyes aren't that rare ;) ) and he just wore sunglasses for a couple days...It's really not too big a deal. Also, if you have a sister or something, they might be able to put some make-up on it to make it less obvious.

Ouch. Hope things turn out right. Get well!
