I'm like dreaming right now. I don't know how I'll be able to make a decision by May 1...

Speechless...

oh, you poor baby, NOT. you jackass. haha jp, congrats....i guess

HAHA, MIKE I AM THE SAME WAY, with STANFORD AND DUKE TOO. AWESOME. I know how you feel. Hopefully we can both make a decision. LOL. NICE, SWEET, AND CONGRATS!!!

good timing for this post?

Haha weren't you the person who was rejected from Cornell or something earlier and your friend was accepted to Harvard?

hehehe, I got into Harvard and Columbia but rejected from Yale.

congrats hotpiece! :)

thanks Quizquick, how did things turn out for you?

Rejected from Harvard, lol, waiting on Yale, but I'm pretty nervous. I mean when HARVARD (!) rejects you, things don't look good, lol.

I got into Cornell and Rice, waiting on the rest.

I was deffered from Columbia in december and today recieved my rejection.

Sorry but I was too excited to contain it.

I have no idea which I'm going to choose....

i don't either. i practically had a seizure. it was sorta funny because I got my Yale rejection first so i assumed the others would be rejections too. then i got my columbia email and had a heart attack. while i was screaming about columbia, my harvard decision came too. i think my neighbors thought that someone was murdering a cat inside my home...

Mike and fried, first of all a big congratulations to both of you and anyone else who got in and is reading this..........that is quite a major accomplishment, especially this year with the lowest acceptance rate ever, you must still be on cloud 9! I have a question, although I ask this for my son, I know there are hundreds of kids out there who want to hear the awnser to this question..........obviously to get into harvard, you are extraordinary. It is my sons pipe dream, he is 15 to attend Harvard. Can you give us your basic profile, the types of courses you took, your background, you sat/act scores, your extras and anything you think a kid his age needs to know in looking ahead to possibly applying to a school like Harvard. I figure I would rather hear it from you than some book, you are living walking proof of that dream. All the best to you all, and by the way, this question is directed to anyone who got in. Thank you.

refer to the thread on Harvard RD decisions.

How is it hard to choose between Harvard, Yale and Princeton?? Obviously go for Harvard, no competition there at all.

i got into harvard and yale, but i got waitlisted from penn. oh well. wasn't planning on going to penn anyways. congrats guys!

Is this a joke?

I got into Harvard Brown Penn and Dart, but waitlisted at Johns Hopkins.

Still didn't hear back from Princeton though.

I'm in a similar situation to some of you guys... accepted Harvard, Princeton, Duke, and Stanford (from ea), but waitlisted at Yale. It really is a crapshoot, isn't it?
Congrats to those of you know got into like everywhere... that's absolutley crazy. I'm actually glad I didn't, less tough choices to make : ).

huh? I was just adding the list of schools I got into to a thread dedicated to that purpose. I have a lot of good friends who got rejected, how am I being insensitive?
And I'm honestly glad my slot at the schools I got rejected at went to someone else who probably had that school as a clear top choice as opposed to someone who's undecided such as myself. What's so malicious about that?
if my original post came off as cocky, I apologize, but it was just as vindictive for you to lash out at me

well as long as we're gloating...

i got into harvard, yale, columbia, a likely from stanford, MIT, NW HPME.....

ah yes, all those nights of not sleeping and getting that robotic brain inserted into my head paid off. :-) (jk of course).
