I didn’t get my mom anything because I promised myself not to get my parents any gifts after we moved to Oregon. Pretty childish, but it saves me moolah lol

What ever works.

I also got her toy gardening tools.

Now my cat is eating grass from outside.

I didn’t get her anything either. I just said, “Happy Mother’s Day!” And she didn’t even bother to say thanks. Good thing I didn’t waste my time getting a present…

i left her flowers yesterday so when she got home from work she would see them and i left her a note, btw my parents are divorced so i was with my dad yesterday and part of today so i couldnt do that cute breakfast in bed thing.

Breakfast in bad is bad because you get crumbs in the sheets

My mom works midnights on Sundays, so I couldn’t do the breakfast in bed thing either, plus my mom hates breakfast. :)

I didn’t do anything at all for mothers’ day, including saying, “Happy Mothers day”

Yea I thought be kind words of acknowledgment should be ample for her. Getting her anything would have been futile, since anything I buy she inevitably returns since she has the receipt or re-gifts.

I am an amazing daughter.

Booked momma dukes a day at the spa.
Thank goodness I have a spare arm & leg… shoes will be cheaper.

way to kill 2 birds with one stone, hay!

I got my mom a 25 dollar lei and a card that made her cry. Success!

I don’t think anything I got my mother could have made her happy. Mother’s day is hard when your mother just died.

^ I know how ya feel, except I hate Fathers’ Day.
