<p>My sister is the same way. But overall, we had a good day. It was a bad idea going to see that movie United 93. Way too depressing.</p>
<p>I didn't get to see my mom much today. I told her happy mother's day before church and we showed her present (some flowers and hanging plants) but I'm with my dad this weekend so she went out to eat with a friend :(</p>

<p>I merely gave a card...I am not too close to her. I no longer buy presents. And Arjun, the fathers would feel salty for having merely one day to themselves. Thus one should strive to honor the mother and father every day if possible.</p>
